For more than two decades, Cheryl Grace, the founding CEO of Powerful Penny LLC, has motivated, inspired, and educated audiences ranging from intimate groups of five to powerful gatherings of 350,000, across all ages and ethnicities. She has helped individuals worldwide define what "next" looks like and how to enjoy the journey along the way. As someone who has not only survived but excelled both professionally and personally, Cheryl has successfully navigated to where your audience aspires to be. She engagingly guides them through achieving their next level of success with proven strategies, tactics, and techniques, all delivered with compassionate (yet refreshingly candid) real talk.
An award-winning brand strategist with over 25 years in corporate America, Cheryl managed high-stakes initiatives and provided counsel to Fortune 500 clients, C-suite executives, non-profit leaders, government and elected officials, television and advertising executives, and decision-makers in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and marketing research sectors.
Cheryl established Powerful Penny in 2017 to work with companies seeking to broaden and deepen the capabilities of their people and culture, increase talent retention, have more effective teams, and drive improved productivity. She's also coached professionals from entry-level positions to the C-suite, who recognize that stellar careers and relationships don't happen by accident. They must be created.
